Speaking and reviewing as a Hmong American who typically stops at various Asian markets throughout the US. Asian markets not not generally known for high end atmospheres. So setting your expectations that's the key to a great experience. If you are Hmong and looking for key ingredients for weekly meals, this place has you covered. I love in Saint Cloud. This is my nearest Hmong Asian Market. I spent $68.00 here and thought the prices were amazing. I don't want to drive all the way to Saint Paul for my ingredients. I found all the produce were great quality and greens very clean. I will be back for more in 2 weeks. Staff was friendly. Bonus from any asian business. 😂

There aren't as many food options in the deli post-covid, but I've noticed them beginning to make things like sesame balls and spring rolls again! The deli food is conveniently placed at the front so that introverts don't need to interact with people. All of the food is hot and fresh in the morning. All previous whiners that reviewed this are definitely entitled and don't understand that the deli only runs certain hours and it's only run by one grandma and sometimes an auntie. Everything at this store is pretty organized and the produce is fresh as well. The location is very convenient, so you can always just cross the street to Sun Foods and/or Empire if Vinai doesn't have what you need. This is all coming from someone that's been shopping here for two decades now and was also employed here.

Lots of deli selection on the hot counter prepackaged after the deli is closed in the afternoon. Love the black sticky rice and they have all the flavors of milkis. Nice cashiers.
